The Art of Slow Flowers is a curated series
of hands-on workshops rooted in seasonality, craft, and place. Hosted at Iron Butterfly Flower Farm, each experience invites guests to slow down, observe, and work thoughtfully with flowers—whether fresh, dried, pressed, or translated into other creative forms.
These workshops offer a behind-the-scenes look at a working flower farm, paired with guided instruction and time to make something meaningful by hand. The series follows the natural rhythm of the growing season, moving from fresh blooms in early summer to preservation, printmaking, and lasting forms in late summer and fall.
